A Note From Noelle

Thank you for being here. Throughout my own healing journey, I often felt guided to the right teachers, doctors, friends, and healers in pivotal moments of my life. If your own healing journey has brought you here, reading these words, I honor you deeply. It is no small thing to engage in the work that womb healing calls for. Whether you have been hearing the knock on your inner doors a short time, or for many years, I recognize the courage it takes to answer that call. Choosing to explore the depths of emotions and memories held within your body, and particularly your womb, calls for courage, faith, and humility. Within our pelvic bowl we find a large range of energies- ecstatic joy, pleasure, creation, to shame, grief, and rage to name a few. You may find the ability to release energies that have weighed you down for years, clearing emotions and energy that you have been carrying for women in your lineage as well. I am here to support you on this journey because I have walked this path myself. I have walked it alone, and with the support of profound teachers and healers. I am honored to be able to support you on this journey. Even if you go no farther than reading through my site today, I bow deeply to you as a fellow woman, navigating this world and healing your own unique feminine wounds, and celebrating your unique Divine Feminine Radiance.

Thank you for being here,

Noelle

My Approach

I believe that every session is a unique cocreative experience. Your comfort is my highest priority. These sessions do not mirror a typical relaxation bodywork session. While no two sessions are alike, this work often resembles a guided meditation and somatic experience. Anything that is asking to be expressed through your body is welcome in this space- tears, anger, grief, frustration, joy, laughter, sorrow, forgiveness, you name it. I believe that if it comes up, it is ready to come out. You can trust that the container I cocreate with Spirit can hold you and the energies held within your pelvic bowl. In addition to the womb work, most sessions include sound supported release with drumming, guided herbal plant ally meditations, deep breathing, and craniosacral work.

I am here to humbly offer my services to women and female bodied people seeking a more fulfilling connection with their womb space.

For centuries, women have been disempowered and discouraged from connecting with their womb space. We live in a time where we are walking a new path, one that has been paved by the work of our mothers and grandmothers. I believe it is up to us to listen to the call to connect and to heal what is held within our womb space. This healing is essential, not only for ourselves, but for the female relations that have come before us, those that may come through us, and for the healing and upliftment of the greater collective female consciousness.

*This is an LGBTQ+ Safe Space. I am honored to work with any person desiring a clear connection with their womb space, and I celebrate you wherever you land on the gender binary.

Education and Training

In 2021, I dedicated myself to studying Massage Therapy at East West College of the Healing Arts. In addition, I was trained extensively under Dr. Kathryn Kloos, earning my certification as an Integrative Pelvic Health Therapist through her transformational Mentorship. I have also studied with Tami Lynn Kent, author of Wild Feminine: Finding Power, Spirit, and Joy in the Female Body. By studying with both of these women, I developed a unique psychospiritual approach grounded in anatomical knowledge. I became passionate about creating an intentional relationship with the womb space after my journey with Wild Feminine led me to heal lifelong vaginal health issues, experience pleasurable pain-free sex, and access my creative energy with fluidity and abundance I had yet to experience in this lifetime. The work I offer is potent because I was able to experience the power of the Wounded Healer archetype. I know firsthand what is is like to suffer from disconnection with the womb space and I am dedicated to helping other women reclaim their radiance, health, pleasure and power.

What do we mean by “Womb Space”?

This includes all that resides in the pelvic bowl- the intricate web of muscles that make up our pelvic floor, the uterus, ovaries, and ligaments that connect these profound organs to our pelvis.
